Analyse Health Trends
I know it’s quite controversial, but maybe here’s something useful AI can do for us and possibly do well:
Analyse MediLog health data, look for significant trends, correlations, and patterns accross all tabs of MediLog.
For this use case MediLog has added machine-readable metadata to each backup as of release v3.7.3. This means all one needs to do is to drag&drop a MediLog backup file on an AI window and provide a meaningful prompt.

AI like ChatGPT are able to open the backup ZIP file, will be able to learn about the structure and meaning of the individual tables/fields/attachments of the backup by the new metadata.json file and are able to consume the pdf documents you may have attached in the documents tab.
Obviously the quality of the AI response depends on the quality it receives. The more relevant information you capture across the individual tabs, the more there is to correlate.
If medication is important in your situation you may want to consider holding your medication plans in the documents tab. The current one and also the previous versions. That way AI can correlate changes in your medication with the data you collect.
The prompt below may be a good starting point, but if there are other important facts or attachments the AI needs to consider, make sure you add this to the initial or a follow up prompt.
“Here is a MediLog backup. Analyze my health data and look for significant trends, correlations, and patterns.”
